Patient is obliged to have following laboratory analysis done before first Protekal medical exam and to provide these results to the assigned physician.

– Complete Blood Count (CBC) with WBC differential
– transaminases (ALT,AST,GGT)
– uric acid
– urea and creatinin
– glucose
– Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL
– triglycerides
– electrolytes ( Na, K, Ca, Mg, Cl)
– Iron
– TSH, T3, T4
– Urine – sediment

Always bring your current medical reports and findings to your first exam.

In case you have any heart condition ,you need to bring cardiologist report,ECG findings not older than 6 months as well as the list of all medication you are taking.

If you are more than 40 years old you need to bring cardiologist report,ECG findings not older than 6 months .
This also implies to people who need to lose more than 20kg of weight.

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients must inform our secretary about their condition before scheduling the first exam.
They also need to do additional blood work, namely HbA1c ,and bring last endocrinologist report.
